Your data.
In plain words.
This site is an early-stage product concept. It collects very little, and only when you choose to write to us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, role, an optional company name and your message. We also keep a short-lived technical marker (a one-way hash of your network address, never the address itself) for 60 seconds so the form cannot be flooded. It then disappears on its own.
What we do not collect
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and does not build visitor profiles. The interactive demo and data room run in your browser on fictional data; nothing you do there is sent to us.
Why and how it is used
Only to read and answer your message and to follow up on the conversation you started. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Messages are stored in a private database at Cloudflare, which also hosts this website and may log standard technical request data as part of delivering it. Access is limited to the people running this project.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it to respond. There is no automatic expiry yet.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your message at any time. Write to us through the contact page and mention that it is a privacy request. Please do not include passwords, customer data or confidential documents in a message.
Who is responsible
AI Logistics OS is a working name. A registered company name and address will be added here once the business is formed. Until then, the contact page is the way to reach us.
This notice describes how the website works today. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice, and will be updated as the product and company take shape.
